Seeing only occurs when you shift awareness. True seeing sees what is not there physically, but in the astral planes. Seeing comes from lifetimes of practice. You almost have to lose yourself in order to see properly. It is almost like gazing, but you get a sense of knowledge added to your awareness. I am getting to the point of trusting my "hunches" (which is a form of seeing) more lately. The ego gets in the way and tries to doubt what you are experiencing. But when the ego is out of the way, your vision is perfect - perfectly clear.
